GUIDELINES FOR AUTHORS ON MANUSCRIPT PREPARATION FOR SUBMISSION
Al-Qadisiyah Journal of Veterinary Medicine Sciences (QJVMS) accepts submissions of research articles, review articles, and case reports. These manuscripts can be submitted via the journal website at https://qjvms.qu.edu.iq/contacts?_action=signup , which starts by creating an account and logging in into your account to follow the simple procedure of submission. However, these submissions need to be written in accordance with the QJVMS guidelines before submission. The following represents simple steps to fulfil these requirements.
QJVMS accepts submissions written in English language only. Authors need to write their papers in proper English; American or British style but not both. An example for styles; “program” in American style while “programme” in the British style. For assistance, set your MS word to one of these styles when writing your manuscript. The English should be appropriate with good readable scientific message that the author needs to reach out with to their audience. If authors need assistance with English language editing, they are free to seek such service elsewhere other than the journal. If authors use such services, they are responsible for any fees required. Good writing with good English enhances and fastens the editor review process to make an initial decision weather or not a particular manuscript is sent out to potential reviewers.
The authors are demanded to use MS word to write their manuscript. The page size should be 2.5 cm on all margins. The font should be 12 pt in Times New Roman.
